Typically, the order minimum is 500 pieces to create your very own woven labels or sew patches to add a finishing touch to your apparel. We require an Ai or PDF vector format file to work with. We also need pantone(color code) solid coated or uncoated numbers to match color. There are different types of folds for woven labels and it is important to choose one that is right for your garments.
The price for each woven label/patch run is highly dependent on the size, amount of colors within the artwork, type of fold (if any), and quantity of labels/ patches. You are welcome to send the artwork and specs of your order to receive an accurate price quote. Once you place your order, we will make a sample run which takes about 6-7 business days After approval, production takes about 9-10 business days. We also offer rush service for additional $90 and production can be done in 5-6 business days.
